50% infill version works fine for clamping food packaging. Clamp pin sheared with full hand force when clamping a pen, this is designed for packaging or flexible fabric clamping. 100% infill version preferred for high strength applications (eg tarpaulin clamping).

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

PETG preferred for strength, but PLA will work with increased infill percentage. Supports can be easily removed with needle-nose pliers or flat scraper.

Additional clearance added to pivot pins to prevent sticking.
