Small G-Clamp fully printable without support. Three parts printable at same time. The clamp is capable of producing moderate force to items between 0 mm and 42 mm. The parts may also be scaled by equal amounts to produce a clamp of alternative size.

TESTING NOTES

Material used:

Parts sufficiently clamped in all orientations. Deformation of clamp seen under high clamping force. Force meter required to ascertain exact capabilities. Assembly requires clamp force to fit together. Snap fit is relatively loose and could be remodelled.

Assembly instructions


The best way to mount the protector is to put the screw handle into the frame and tighten it. To fit the protector use the clamp itself by closing the clamp until the screw ball and protector ball joint click together.
